Germania Translation only works together with trained professionals. Translators working for us have to meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Language or Linguistics
• 5+ Years of Translation Work Experience
• Translators must be native German
• Have at least two references for previous projects
• Be appropriately qualified in their technical areas
• Have working industry experience for the material they translate
• Experienced with translation memory software, such as Trados
• Experienced with Windows, Macintosh and according applications
